Non-Invasive Facial Rejuvenation

Non-invasive Facial Rejuvenation

Hoping to turn back time?

Non-surgical aesthetic facial rejuvenation provides a holistic approach to cosmetic procedures.

“Today people want to look as young as they feel. We are living longer and working longer. The truth is to be a contender in today’s society, you need to look like you’re still in the game”

As we age, our skin loses elasticity to hold its shape. So wrinkles form, eyelids droop and cheeks hollow, that is just how it is.

So what can you do?

No one solution is right for everyone. The best is to come in for a consultation to outline the best options for you. It would highly depend on your skin type, lifestyle habits and overall health as well. Not forgetting your budget and amount of time and discomfort you are willing to undertake.

Who are the best candidates for non-invasive facial rejuvenation?

These procedures are designed for people in their 30s to 50s with reasonably good skin, who are prepared to protect it from the sun.

Patients seeking nonsurgical or less invasive, temporary treatments for elements of facial aging have an increasing array of options:

1) Injectables

injectables - non-invasive facial rejuvenation

A) Botox (Neuromodulators)

Botox is a dilute, purified form of botulinum toxin, which relaxes your muscles and prevents the wrinkle lines caused by squinting, frowning, and raising the eyebrows. Although Botox is a toxin, it has been shown to have no serious side effects.

Botox is ideal for improving and smoothing the skin between the eyebrows, the lines of the forehead, and the crow’s feet area around the eyes.

Botox, is a temporary treatment for moderate to severe frown lines between the brows. The treatments typically last four months.

Botox must be injected around the muscles of facial expression with a small needle, and may only be administered by a doctor who is trained in using botox.

This immediately improves dynamic facial lines; it also actually prevents them from becoming permanently fixed in the skin, hance prevents the appearance of facial aging.

B) Dermal fillers

Facial fillers or derma fillers refer to a variety of substances that can be injected into the soft-tissues of the face to fill wrinkles or contour irregularities.

The injection of filler materials under the skin can fill in deep folds (smile lines or laugh lines) and pad out hollow cheeks and eyes. Rather than just smoothing or tightening skin, they can change the facial profile to a more youthful one.

Derma fillers vary from those that last only several months, to those that are permanent. They can provoke a reaction from your body’s immune system, and some require pre-treatment to rule out allergy to the material.

The different types of derma fillers:

Although collagen used to be the standard filler, hyaluronic acid is now more popular. Hyaluronic acid lasts somewhere between six months to a year – although treating areas of the face that move less will last longer (1-2 years) than those that move more, such as the lips – and you tend to get better results with each treatment. There’s evidence that hyaluronic acid injections can also have a more permanent anti-ageing effect by stimulating collagen growth

Finally, there are fat transfers, where your own body fat is extracted, processed and injected into your face. This can be more expensive, and while it sometimes lasts five to 10 years, the fat may not survive long at all, and may be absorbed back into the body. Fat transfers can sometimes give unpredictable results.

HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is one of the newest, revolutionary treatments for non-surgical facelifts in the world. HIFU uses beams of ultrasound energy with extreme precision, targeting connective tissues and heating the dermis to stimulate collagen production.

Sygma is the latest and most advanced HIFU technology – providing versatility, ease-of-use and extremely satisfactory results!

  • Non-invasive
  • Painless
  • No-downtime
  • Fast
  • Long-term results

What kind of results can I expect?

Here are some of the positive results our patients have experienced with HIFU:

  • Reduced wrinkles and fine lines
  • Sharper V-line
  • Tighter and smoother skin
  • Pore reduction
  • Double chin reduction
  • Skin tone improvement
  • Lifted neck

What is involved with HIFU?

Overall, it is a comfortable and painless procedure. You might feel a slight aching sensation as the ultrasound works off the facial contours. It takes about 1 hour and has no downtime for most patients.

Is it for everyone?

Yes! It is safe for all skin types as well.

This is suitable for those who have wrinkles or saggy skin but it is also great for younger people looking to have a sharper and more defined face shape.

HIFU is great for preventing aging of the face

Our collagen production starts to slow as we age, and the elastic fibres across the skin start to become less dense. HIFU jumpstarts the collagen production, this causes them to thicken, resulting in a long-term tightening and lifting effect!

Due to the high energy emitted by the ultrasound lasers, it is also used to melt facial fats. This not only results in more youthful skin, but a shaper jaw and facial line.

It is highly recommended to have this done on a monthly basis for anti-aging for 3-4 months and the results can last 1 to 2 years.

Our face is very important to us.
